1st Line IT Support Engineer - (Full Time)
The Flatrate Services Group is looking to hire a 1st Line IT Support Engineer and helpdesk support agent, this is a full-time role working from within our head office in Poole. The successful candidate will be a team player and dedicated to providing the highest levels of service to our customers. You will ideally, have 12 + months of experience working in a helpdesk or IT support environment with previous knowledge and experience of handling inbound helpdesk support calls and have had experience with using professional support ticketing solutions also being advantageous. The Flatrate Services Group are looking to hire a DSM Administrator to join our award-winning Digital Services Team, this is a full-time role working from within our head office in Poole.
